Purchasing
Where can I purchase your products?
All of our products are sold exclusively through our official website. We do not work with third-party resellers or distributors, allowing us to manage everything in-house—from storage and packaging to shipping and customer support.
How do I place an order?
Simply click the “Add to Cart” button on any product page. When you're ready to check out, click the cart icon at the top right, then follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment details. It’s quick and secure.
Can I add more items to an existing order?
If you need to add items after placing your order, please submit a new order for the additional products. While we can’t guarantee combined shipping, we’ll do our best to group your orders if possible.
I ordered the wrong item. What should I do?
No worries! Contact us with your order number and let us know what needs to be changed. We’ll help you correct it before it ships out.
I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I update it?
Yes — just contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll make the change right away.
Returns, Refunds & Warranty
Can I return my order? What will it cost me?
Yes! We offer free 30-day returns on all eligible orders. If you’re not satisfied within 30 calendar days of receiving your product, you can return it at no cost—no restocking fees, no hidden charges. Items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
How do I exchange a product?
To exchange an item, please place a new order for the product you need. Then, contact us and we’ll help you process a return and full refund for the original item.
What if my item was damaged during shipping?
If your product arrives damaged, contact us right away. We’ll take care of it and send you a replacement or refund as needed.
What if the product stops working or isn’t as described?
We stand behind our quality. All products come with a minimum 2-year warranty. If something goes wrong under normal use, or if the product doesn't meet its original specs, we’ll replace it—free of charge.
